S.W.O.T. in Marketing and Human Resource Management:-
Before starting S.W.O.T. in Management study and in me, let me brief that I completed my 2 years P.G.D.B.A. in Human Resource Management from 2016-18 with additional Specialization in Marketing Management from 2018-19, both with Distinction & A+ Grade from Symbiosis Centre For Distance Learning (SCDL) https://www.scdl.net
I had received an EMail from SCDL dated 19.03.2020 stating that I have been placed as an example for future students of SCDL and for selection as their Testimonial.
Now let us FIRST talk about S.W.O.T. in Management study. I studied it in the subject “Strategic Management”. It is a compulsory subject in each specialization of P.G.D.B.A./M.B.A. etc. This topic of SWOT is covered in Unit 4 by the title, ”Environment Appraisal and SWOT from pages 67 to 86.

Strengths:-
My following strengths/achievements keep me moving and motivated during my odd times:-
- Got 145/150 marks in Sanskrit in Matric in 1982 while studying in Sain Das Anglo-Sanskrit Higher Secondary School, Jalandhar City. Got 899/1200 marks in Matric.
- Got 100/100 marks in Trigonometry in Pre-University {Non-Medical} while studying in my alma-mater, D.A.V. College, Jalandhar City under Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Got scholarship of Rs. 700/- in 1983 from G.N.D.U., Amritsar for securing first division in Pre-University {Non-Medical}.
- Got 70/100 marks in the toughest subject “NETWORK ANALYSIS” of Section-B of A.M.I.E. from The Institution of Engineers [India}. Got 73/100 in the tough subject “Electromagnetic Theory” of Section-B of A.M.I.E.
- Got highest marks 89/150 in my batch, 1999-2001, in the toughest subject “ADVANCED POWER SYSTEM ANALYSIS” of Master of Technology {Electrical Engineering}, from Guru Nanak Dev Engineering, Ludhiana, Punjab in India.
